Arcadia’s mechanical spider comes to Bristol's Queen’s Square
The world-famous Arcadia is coming to Bristol!
For years, the team behind the world-famous Arcadia have wowed crowds at the Glastonbury Festival with their amazing light and pyrotechnic shows. Now, this September, they’ll be bringing the show to Queen’s Square in Bristol’s city centre – complete with their giant mechanical spider, made from recycled scrap metal, that has often featured as the centrepiece in their events.
Promising that “Arcadia’s entire creative, performance, technological, and mechanical arsenal will be unleashed at full throttle” upon the people of Bristol, the night promises to be one that the city will never forget.
The team behind the sensory spectacular have always prided themselves upon their green credentials and plan to make the Bristol event even more sustainable and eco-friendly by running their stages on an electrical grid system, which utilises solar power.
