Everyone loves a good pub crawl, it’s a great way to spend an afternoon with your mates. Luckily for those of you that live in Bristol there’s an absolute cracker of a pub crawl on your doorstep which takes place along Gloucester Road. Now in total there’s 15 pubs along this road and that’s a serious, serious crawl! So we thought we’d mention our favourite five and let you fill in the blanks…

Glasgay, Scotland’s annual celebration of LGBT culture returns to Glasgow this autumn for four weeks from 20 October to 15 November. 2014 has been a very big year for Scotland with the Commonwealth Games that took place in the summer and its many art and cultural events, the Year of Homecoming and the Ryder Cup.
The original Oktoberfest first took place in Munich in 1810. Yep, that’s right, over 200 years ago! It’s the largest annual funfair in the world and is a celebration of the gathering of the harvest. Typically these days the festival lasts 16 days, starting in mid September and finishing on the first Sunday of October or the 3rd October (German Unity Day) whichever is the latter to occur.
The BFI London Film Festival returns for it’s incredible 58th year, treating Londoners to the most exciting films in cinema out there. As one of the best film festivals currently running today, the BFI London Film Festival presents new British and international films to audiences in London, with people coming from far and wide to enjoy the festival.
It’s definitely starting to get colder in the evenings now as Autumn draws in. That doesn’t mean you have to stay in and hibernate though!
